Lancer Realty Company has been saving sellers of residential properties thousands of dollars with our low flat fees since 1970 when first founded in Parma, Ohio.
In 1992, Lancer Realty Company expanded on the flat fee concept, when it became a member of the Northern Ohio Multiple Listing Service. The homes listed in the MLS achieve additional advertising exposure and enable our sellers to expand the marketing of their properties to include those buyers working exclusively with another real estate agent. Even so, our sellers still do not pay a 7% commission, or even an MLS fee of 3.5%, through our unique program.
